Fukuoka Prefecture has been implementing the “Supporting Businesses for Companies Accepting Foreign Human Resources” since 2019 to help enterprises in the prefecture correctly understand the systems related to employment of foreign nationals and to create a workplace environment in which foreign human resources can fully demonstrate their abilities.
We have recently established the “Fukuoka Prefecture Foreign Talent Utilization Support Page,” a website dedicated to providing information necessary for the utilization of foreign human resources to companies and other organizations in Fukuoka Prefecture.
We hope that personnel and labor affairs staff of companies that employ or are considering employing foreign human resources, as well as Japanese employees who work with foreign human resources in the same workplace, are encouraged to take advantage of the information provided.
