"Ayubhowan Sri Lanka Festival” will be held!!

"Ayubhowan Sri Lanka Festival" will be held at Tenjin Central Park as a cultural exchange event between Sri Lanka and Japan, with the theme of "Ayubhowan (ආයුබෝවන්)".

"Ayubhowan(ආයුබෝවන්)" means "Hello" in the Sri Lankan language (Sinhala). The original meaning is "Ayu" is "live" and "Bowan" is "long", meaning "Let's live a long and healthy life and see you again in good health."

*April 19th (Friday) is the eve festival.
Venue: Tenjin Central Park (1-1 Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture)
Contents: Sri Lankan cuisine, folk art, special products and miscellaneous goods, etc.
